Job Description : Responsible to ensure all equipment runs smoothly and lasts longer by developing effective maintenance strategies, managing projects and modification, and maintaining quality standards. Also, responsible to oversee spare parts inventory, analyze data to improve reliability, lead a team, manage the budget, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Their role is crucial in minimizing downtime and enhancing overall productivity. Job Requirement : Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in a BOPET plant, or relevant experience in steel rolling mill or paper mill industries. Competency (Skill, Knowledge, and Attitude): Good knowledge of plant equipment, including vacuum blowers, extruders, steel/rubber rolls, hydraulic systems, blowers, pumps, chillers, and compressors. Have a strong safety mindset and commitment. Have a commitment to work, adaptive, and collaborative. Proficient in English communication. Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
