Are you well-connected with high-net-worth clients and financial communities?Do you enjoy building partnerships while delivering exceptional client service?We are looking for a Relationship Manager to grow our network of qualified partners and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs). This role blends business development, client relationship management, and investment support in a dynamic and fast-growing securities company. Key Responsibilities: Build, develop, and activate a strong network of qualified partners
Manage and grow relationships with high-net-worth clients Support clients across onboarding, funding, product usage, and ongoing service Ensure high-quality client experience, issue resolution, and retention
Provide investment-related support within company guidelines and authorization Maintain accurate records of client interactions, ownership, and progress Collaborate across teams and support partner training & client engagement activities
Kualifikasi
- Strong network within HNW clients or financial communities in Indonesia
- Experience in securities, banking, wealth management, insurance, or premium client services
- Proven ability to develop partnerships and manage long-term client relationships
- High integrity, strong communication skills, and compliance awareness
- Capital market certifications
