Develop programs and establish competitive pricing policies and communicate them effectively to relevant internal and external stakeholders. Conduct regular visits to dealers and main dealers to maintain strong business relationships. Perform market and competitor analysis; provide strategic recommendations for market penetration and the development of new markets.
Monitor Sales (SLS) performance and coordinate closely with branch offices to ensure alignment and target achievement. Maintain the quality of unit bookings by coordinating with the Head of Branch SSD and the Regional Credit Manager. Implement strategies and initiatives as determined by management.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Management, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in the financing or automotive industry), with hands-on experience in handling Japanese new car products. Willingness to travel for dealer and branch visits.
