Mad Monkey Hostels is a hospitality company operating across Indonesia. We are looking for a Regional Accounting Manager to lead our finance and accounting functions. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting, maintaining compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations, and supporting strategic decision-making through financial analysis and operational insights.
Tanggung jawab: Lead all accounting operations across Mad Monkey Hostels Indonesia; Ensure accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes; Prepare and review monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statements; Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards and company reporting requirements; Ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data across all hostel locations; Oversee maintenance of the general ledger and chart of accounts; Review journal entries, prepayments, and account reconciliations; Monitor and resolve accounting discrepancies and unusual transactions; Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (VAT, withholding taxes, corporate income tax); Coordinate preparation and submission of tax filings.
