Posisi ini bertanggung jawab dalam perancangan dan pengembangan sistem refrigerasi agar memenuhi standar industri dan kebutuhan proyek. Anda akan melakukan perhitungan teknis, pemilihan peralatan, serta menangani instalasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan sistem HVAC. Selain itu, peran ini mencakup diagnosis dan perbaikan peralatan, penyusunan laporan teknis, serta memastikan seluruh pekerjaan mematuhi standar keselamatan dan prosedur perusahaan. Kolaborasi dengan tim lintas fungsi juga diperlukan untuk memastikan pengiriman proyek yang lancar.
Tanggung jawab: Design and develop refrigerant systems to meet project requirements and industry standards; Perform technical calculations, equipment sizing, and product selection; Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of refrigeration / HVAC systems; Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration equipment and systems; Prepare technical reports, service records, and documentation; Ensure work complies with safety standards and company procedures; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration Engineering or a related field; Minimum 5 years of experience as a refrigeration or HVAC; Proficient in the design and analysis of Refrigerant systems, including the use of relevant software tools; Strong knowledge of design and operate refrigeration systems, compressors, chillers, and cooling equipment; Experience in chiller, cold storage, or industrial refrigeration is an advantage; Basic knowledge of PLC and control systems is a plus.
