Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels Screen applications and conduct initial interviews Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment records Support onboarding and recruitment administration Build talent pools for future hiring needs

Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience Strong sourcing and interviewing skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously Good English communication skills Experience using LinkedIn, JobStreet, Glints, or similar platforms
