About the role PT Good Rupa Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Receiving / Finance Admin to join our team in Badung, Bali . This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity and operational efficiency of our organisation. You will be responsible for managing receiving operations and providing administrative support to our finance department, ensuring accurate documentation, timely processing, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities Receive, inspect and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery documentation for accuracy and quality Process and maintain receiving documentation, including goods receipt notes and inventory logs
Update inventory management systems with accurate receiving information and stock levels Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and address delivery issues Perform data entry tasks for financial records, invoices, and expense documentation
Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing and reconciliation Prepare financial reports and statements under the supervision of purchasing / cost control File and organise financial documents and maintain accurate record-keeping systems
Support month-end and year-end closing procedures Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures What we're looking for
