You’ll be on the front line of medium and high tier property transactions, working with serious buyers and over 260 (and rapidly growing) ready to move listings. Drive deals from negotiation to closing Build and leverage relationships with international and local buyers Run property viewings that convert interest into action
Elevate team performance through mentorship and example Execute smart, aggressive sales strategies that increase conversions Work closely with our marketing and acquisition departments to dominate listing visibility and lead flow
Stay ahead of Bali’s fast-moving property trends and legal landscape You have a proven record of closing deals —not just listing properties You consistently hit (or exceed) targets and KPIs
