RnD Supervisor for Rubber Company in Tangerang.
Tanggung jawab: Support the R&D Manager in coordinating, planning, and managing research and development initiatives; Lead and mentor the R&D team to ensure projects are executed efficiently and achieve established objectives; Work closely with cross-functional departments to identify opportunities for new product development and improve existing products; Evaluate market trends, customer insights, and industry developments to guide R&D strategies and innovation efforts; Perform feasibility assessments, prototype development, and product testing to validate new concepts; Track project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to maximize the effectiveness of R&D activities; Prepare and present documentation and reports on R&D progress, project outcomes, and key findings to stakeholders; Assist in implementing quality assurance procedures and driving continuous improvement across R&D processes; Formulate and optimize rubber compound recipes to meet product performance and quality requirements; Conduct material testing, evaluation, and analysis to support compound formulation and development; Oversee laboratory operations, ensuring proper maintenance, calibration, and functionality of testing equipment; Maintain technical documentation and support the management and protection of intellectual property related to R&D innovations; Perform other tasks as assigned; Job Requirements:; Minimum Diploma degree; Minimum Business English proficiency; Minimum 5 years of experience in R&D at a rubber manufacturing company; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends; [Only CV in English will be processed]; We RGF HR Agent Indonesia is strictly following the personal data protection law in Indonesia.
