R&D Staff bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan riset dan pengembangan produk baru yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan konsumen, tren pasar, serta arah bisnis perusahaan. Peran ini melibatkan pengembangan dan perbaikan formulasi produk melalui serangkaian uji coba di laboratorium maupun produksi, serta melakukan evaluasi sensorik, pengujian produk, dan pemantauan stabilitas atau masa simpan produk. Selain itu, posisi ini bekerja sama dengan tim Procurement untuk mencari dan mengevaluasi bahan baku, bahan tambahan, kemasan, serta pemasok potensial. R&D Staff juga berkolaborasi dengan tim Marketing dan Commercial untuk menerjemahkan wawasan konsumen menjadi produk yang layak, serta memastikan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi, pelabelan, dan spesifikasi produk. Tanggung jawab lainnya mencakup pemecahan masalah kualitas formulasi dan perbaikan produk yang sudah ada berdasarkan umpan balik konsumen dan efisiensi biaya.
Tanggung jawab: Conduct research and develop new products based on consumer needs, market trends, and business direction.; Develop and improve product formulations through laboratory and production trials.; Perform sensory evaluations, product testing, and stability/shelf-life monitoring.; Source and evaluate raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and potential suppliers together with the Procurement team.; Prepare product samples and coordinate internal product testing.; Maintain accurate documentation of formulations, specifications, trial results, and product development progress.; Work closely with Marketing and Commercial teams to translate consumer insights and product concepts into feasible products.; Support product registration, labeling, specifications, and regulatory requirements in coordination with relevant teams.; Troubleshoot product quality or formulation issues and recommend corrective actions.; Continuously improve existing products based on consumer feedback, quality performance, cost efficiency, and market needs.; Support multiple product development projects simultaneously from concept to commercial launch..
