We are looking for a Senior R&D / Product Development professional to join our new Biostimulant Product Development project, focusing on the development of biostimulant products from locally sourced seaweed and fish-derived raw materials. You will be responsible for leading the R&D process from raw material exploration, laboratory research, formulation development, prototype testing, to product validation and potential scale-up. This is an exciting opportunity to build new product knowledge and R&D capabilities from the ground up. As a key member of the team, you will lead the research and exploration of raw materials, conduct characterization to identify bioactive components, and optimize formulations through laboratory experiments. You will also document R&D processes, collaborate with the Production Department for scale-up, and provide technical recommendations to management.
