Perusahaan konstruksi ini sedang mencari Quantity Surveyor yang teliti dan berorientasi pada detail untuk bergabung dengan tim proyek di Timor Leste. Peran ini sangat krusial dalam memastikan efisiensi biaya dan akurasi data teknis selama masa konstruksi. Tanggung jawab utama posisi ini meliputi perhitungan volume pekerjaan (quantity take-off) berdasarkan gambar teknis, penyusunan serta peninjauan Bill of Quantities (BoQ), dan pengendalian biaya proyek. Anda juga akan terlibat dalam administrasi kontrak, penilaian pekerjaan tambah kurang (Variation Orders), serta koordinasi dengan manajer proyek, insinyur lapangan, dan tim pengadaan untuk memastikan data biaya dan kuantitas tetap akurat sepanjang siklus proyek.
Tanggung jawab: Prepare quantity take-offs and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) from drawings and specifications; Prepare cost estimates for tenders, budgets, and project execution; Support the tendering process, including evaluating quotations from subcontractors and suppliers; Measure and verify completed work for progress payments and interim valuations; Prepare and assess variation orders, additional works, and claims; Review and administer subcontractor contracts, progress claims, and payment certificates; Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, cost control, and procurement to ensure accurate quantities and cost data; Maintain proper documentation and records of measurements, valuations, and contractual correspondence.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building/Construction Management, or a related field; Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Estimator, or a similar role within the construction industry; Strong understanding of quantity take-off, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), estimating, tendering, and contract administration; Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of estimating/QS software (AutoCAD or similar) is an advantage; Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills; Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines; Possess a valid BNSP certification in Quantity Surveying or a related construction field; Willing to be assigned and relocated to the project site in Timor Leste.
