BATAM DOMICILED IS PRIORITY About the role This is a full-time Quantity Surveyor position with PT Green Structure Industries' based in Batam Kota Riau Islands . As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the steel structures Construction industry, responsible for overseeing and managing the financial aspects of construction projects. What you'll be doing Preparing detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for STEEL STRUCTURES construction projects Analysing and interpreting technical drawings and specifications to identify and quantify resources required Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers, subcontractors and other stakeholders Able to read documents or drawings, calculate materials and matters related to internal and external project requirements. Providing regular cost reports and financial updates to project managers and clients Good experience in prepare and submit tender document Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards What we're looking
