Perusahaan konstruksi, ritel, dan F&B terkemuka membuka kesempatan bagi profesional yang teliti untuk bergabung sebagai Quantity Surveyor. Perusahaan berfokus pada efisiensi biaya proyek pembangunan dan renovasi tanpa mengorbankan kualitas standar material maupun hasil akhir. Sebagai Quantity Surveyor, Anda bertanggung jawab penuh dalam mengelola biaya proyek serta mencari solusi pembiayaan yang paling efisien. Tugas utama meliputi penyusunan dan peninjauan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) serta Bill of Quantities (BOQ), perhitungan volume pekerjaan berdasarkan gambar teknik dan kondisi lapangan, pencarian serta perbandingan vendor dan kontraktor, negosiasi harga demi memperoleh penawaran terbaik, pemantauan anggaran agar tetap sesuai rencana, serta verifikasi progres di lapangan untuk pembayaran.
Tanggung jawab: Prepare and review BOQ, RAB, and project cost estimates; Calculate project quantities and costs based on drawings and site conditions; Source and compare vendors, contractors, materials, and quotations; Negotiate prices and find the best value without compromising quality; Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative vendors/materials; Monitor project costs and ensure they stay within budget; Check project progress and verify quantities for payment; Conduct site visits to check project progress and actual site conditions; Handle variations, additional works, and cost adjustments; Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field; 3-4 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor; Experience in F&B, retail, construction, or renovation projects is a plus; Strong understanding of BOQ, RAB, quantity take-off, cost estimation, and cost control; Strong vendor sourcing, negotiation, and cost-saving skills; Able to balance cost, quality, and project requirements; Able to read technical drawings; Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and good at problem-solving; Willing to travel and conduct regular site visits.
