The Quality System Engineer is responsible for maintaining and improving quality management systems within an electronics manufacturing environment. This role involves managing quality documentation, conducting internal audits, and ensuring compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949. The engineer will work closely with management and cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and drive continuous quality improvement.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree or above in Quality Management Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electronic Information Engineering, Mechatronics, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.; Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Quality System Engineering / Quality Engineering, preferably in EMS / PCBA electronics manufacturing.; Experience working as a Quality System Engineer in large EMS companies such as FLEX, Jabil, PEGATRON, or similar companies is highly preferred.; Solid experience in PCBA manufacturing is preferred.; Familiar with SMT, DIP, PCBA assembly, and other electronics manufacturing processes.; Good knowledge of: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, ANSI/ESD S20.20.; Experience with Internal Audit, LPA, QPA, QSA, and management review.; Familiar with quality system documentation, audit planning, audit execution, finding management, and corrective action follow-up.; Proficient in 7 QC Tools, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, and other quality improvement tools.; Able to independently organize and conduct internal quality system audits.; Able to understand English quality standards, customer requirements, audit documents, and technical materials.; Mandarin would be an advantage, especially for communication with Chinese management and colleagues..
