Quality Standard Staff (DPS) bertanggung jawab untuk memantau dan mengontrol seluruh manual perusahaan, memastikan implementasi kebijakan serta prosedur berjalan dengan baik, serta mengelola arsip QSD dan daftar persetujuan. Peran ini bekerja sama dengan tim untuk menjaga standar kualitas operasional.
Tanggung jawab: Monitor and control all Company manuals; Assure the proper implementation of Company policies and procedures; Prepare, monitor, and report on Company authorization; Prepare, monitor, and report on Customer authorization; Maintain, monitor, and report on Authority Approval and customer lists; Maintain, monitor, and control all QSD archives; Maintain, monitor, and report on the List of Contracted Maintenance and Approved Supplier List; Control and update Certifying rosters, including ratings and limitations; Maintain, monitor, and report on personal files, including training records, personnel summaries, certificate copies, license copies, etc; Perform other assigned activities by the CQSO or QM; Assist the Quality Standard Supervisor in the following tasks:; Job Requirements :.
Kualifikasi: Minimum qualification: Polytechnic background, Aeronautical Engineering; Have experience in the aviation industry, especially in an MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) environment, will be an advantage; Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively; Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and with external stakeholders; Have work ethic and discipline; Conversational English language skills.
