Deskripsi pekerjaan
Program magang ini ditujukan bagi mahasiswa aktif yang memiliki minat besar dalam bidang Quality Assurance (QA) dan Quality Control (QC), khususnya terkait pengujian material. Peserta magang akan terlibat langsung dalam mendukung operasional tim kualitas di lingkungan industri manufaktur valve. Tugas utama meliputi pendampingan inspeksi material mentah, proses produksi, hingga produk jadi. Selain itu, peserta akan membantu dalam dokumentasi hasil pengujian, penyusunan laporan kualitas, serta mendukung persiapan dokumen untuk keperluan audit internal maupun eksternal perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Assist with quality inspections of raw materials, production processes, and finished products; Support material testing and inspection result documentation; Prepare quality reports and maintain inspection records; Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits; Support the implementation of company quality standards and procedures.
Kualifikasi: Active university student (minimum 6th semester) majoring in Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; Fresh graduates with no prior experience are welcome to apply; Strong interest in Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) and material testing; Detail-oriented, disciplined, communicative, and able to work independently or in a team; Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; Basic knowledge of material inspection and testing; AutoCAD proficiency is an advantage.
