JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct IMI checking for SKT materials according to established procedures/WI. Read and understand Standard Operation Procedures applicable to role. Conduct and initiate of measurement activities involves the sampling, measuring, reporting and analysis as per quality plan & incoming material schedule. Ensure all parameter accordance Quality Spec. or CoA. Provide the results and report it to line manager. Perform Quality plan as well as visual and physical check within respective production area. Perform sample measurement as per working procedure and ensure the results are in accordance with quality specification, communicate properly if it necessary. Check the quality of products from the 3rd party and determine the status of products from 3rd party to the knowledge of the Quality Manager. Communicate all problems during the production process to the Quality Manager to monitor take act. Regarding improvements by the 3rd parties. Maintain work area in an inspection ready state and clean as you go to maintain good safe housekeeping standards. Ensure the Quality equipment are maintained and calibrated as per planned and properly documented, clean and ready prior to use and perform cleaning activities of equipment referring to standard operating procedure. Record and report all equipment problems and escalate issues to the Quality Manager as appropriate. Liaise with internal departments for disposition of product in accordance with GMP and SOPs. Escalate issues to the Quality Manager as appropriate. Support QMS activity (maintain & sustain essential QMS document (Procedure, WI, Workflow, etc. in share point folder, internal Audits). Communicate with the Quality Manager on a regular basis on QC and CI Lab status. Validate of QA test result prior to approval Effectively control and manage inventory consumables. Participate fully in our site’s quality initiatives and support quality continuous improvement programmes.
