We are a software development company working closely with teams in Indonesia and Belgium across all phases of the software development lifecycle. We are looking for a Quality Assurance professional to lead our team of developers. This role involves acting as a Team Lead, organizing tasks, preparing reports, and communicating with the Project Manager while maintaining high standards of software quality. The position requires a hands-on approach to both manual and automated testing. You will be responsible for developing test plans, test cases, and test reports for multiple projects, ensuring that all requirements and user expectations are met throughout the testing process.
Tanggung jawab: Lead a team of developers in terms of communication, task organization, and reporting; Develop test plans, test cases, and test reports for multiple projects; Perform testing and validate requirements/user expectations; Collaborate with development teams in Indonesia and Belgium; Communicate test results and issues clearly.
Kualifikasi: Diploma Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent; At least 3 years of working experience in the related field; Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written); Skills: Agile methodology, Selenium, BDD, Continuous Integration; Experience in implementing and executing both Manual & Automated testing tools; Experience in conducting performance, load, and stress testing is a plus; Technical writing skills are an advantage.
