Deskripsi pekerjaan
Posisi Quality Assurance (IT) profesional bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan kualitas serta fungsionalitas aplikasi dan website berjalan dengan optimal sesuai standar perusahaan. Peran ini menuntut keterlibatan aktif dalam menguji sistem dan mendukung kelancaran operasional teknologi. Tanggung jawab utama mencakup pemahaman terhadap Business Requirement Documents (BRD) dan Solution Designs, pengembangan skenario dan skrip pengujian, serta penyusunan rencana pengujian dan dokumentasi hasil tes. Selain itu, posisi ini bertugas memastikan fungsionalitas aplikasi selaras dengan spesifikasi BRD, melakukan analisis akar masalah (root cause analysis) pada system error untuk mendukung proses troubleshooting, serta berkontribusi dalam pemecahan masalah dari perspektif strategis dan bisnis.
Tanggung jawab: Understand Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Solution Designs; Develop test scenarios and test scripts; Prepare test plans, test documentation, and test result reports; Ensure application quality and functionality align with BRD and Solution Design requirements; Conduct root cause analysis of system errors to support accurate troubleshooting and resolution.
