PT SCG Readymix Indonesia membuka kesempatan bagi profesional berdedikasi untuk bergabung sebagai Quality Assurance Engineer Officer. Perusahaan berkomitmen menjaga standar mutu produk yang tinggi melalui penerapan sistem manajemen kualitas yang ketat di seluruh lini operasional readymix. Dalam peran ini, Anda bertanggung jawab penuh untuk mengimplementasikan kebijakan sistem manajemen kualitas produk, memberikan pelatihan pengendalian mutu beton kepada karyawan, serta memimpin investigasi apabila terjadi kegagalan mutu produk beton seperti keretakan, penurunan kekuatan tekan, atau masalah adukan. Anda juga akan rutin melakukan audit kondisi kerja serta memberikan layanan teknis produk khusus bagi pelanggan.
Tanggung jawab: Implement product quality management system policies that work well at PT SCG Readymix Indonesia; Carry out concrete quality control training at PT SCG Readymix Indonesia for employees; Conduct routine inspections or audits to see working conditions, equipment and worker habits to identify problems related to quality control and determine corrective actions; Conduct investigations in the event of a concrete product quality failure (concrete hardening setback, rapid slump loss, cracking, low compressive strength, segregation, bleeding, etc.); Technical Service Product with Costumer Special Project.
Kualifikasi: Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Civil Engineering; At least 2 years working experience in readymix industry or related field; Knowing well about Quality Control and Quality Assurance of concrete, concrete mix design; Knowing well about ISO 9001:2015; Computer literate; Good command in English is a must; Having analysis and investigation skill; Able presentation effectively; Creative innovative thinking, self motivation, self motivation, eager to learn, team work player.

Kualifikasi
