To Manage & supervise the activity of process control and quality assurance in order to comply Coats global standard and deliver high-quality product
Tanggung jawab: Supervising, control, monitor quality department in respective area; Do comprehensive action to reduce complaint & increase customer satisfaction on Coats product; Supports business development & growth; Developing QA & PC team in respective area; Support QMR in order to ensure ISO 9001 implementation; Follow the procedure & program related to safety and environmental concern.
