Deskripsi pekerjaan
QC Supervisor bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan seluruh proses produksi memenuhi standar kualitas dan keamanan pangan yang ditetapkan. Peran ini mencakup pengelolaan sistem manajemen mutu, audit internal, serta koordinasi laboratorium untuk menjaga kepatuhan terhadap standar internasional seperti ISO dan HACCP di lingkungan industri pengolahan kelapa sawit atau oleokimia.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in a relevant field; At least 2 years of working experience in a related field, preferably in a Palm Oil Refinery or Oleochemical Plant; Familiar with Quality Management Systems and compliance standards, especially ISO 9001:2015; Knowledgeable in Food Safety Management Systems and compliance standards: ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000; Good understanding of laboratory management systems; Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; Highly self-motivated and proactive; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Proficient in English (verbal and written); Has experience as Management Representative (MR) for the management system certification is added advantage; Must possess Internal Audit Certification from established Certification Body; Willing to be based in Medan, North Sumatera.
