Peran ini menuntut ketelitian tinggi dalam menjaga standar kualitas dari tahap pengembangan hingga produksi massal. Anda bertanggung jawab memantau proses pembuatan sampel dan produksi di pabrik mitra, melakukan inspeksi kualitas secara rutin, serta memastikan seluruh produk memenuhi spesifikasi perusahaan. Selain itu, Anda akan menyiapkan laporan inspeksi dan berkoordinasi secara aktif dengan tim produksi maupun manajemen untuk melakukan perbaikan kualitas yang berkelanjutan.
Tanggung jawab: 1. Involved in the quality checking process starting from the development stage; 2. Monitor the sample development and production process to ensure quality is maintained throughout all stages; 3. Conduct regular quality inspections at partner factories; 4. Ensure products meet company standards and specifications; 5. Prepare inspection reports and provide feedback to the production team; 6. Coordinate with production and management for quality improvements; Requirements:; 1. Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in the furniture industry. Preferred candidates with experience in solid wood and veneer production; 2. Detail-oriented, communicative, and strong analytical skills; 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel); 4. Ability to work independently and proactively; 5. Willing to be based in Kelapa Gading – North Jakarta; 6. Willing to travel regularly to multiple factory locations (mobile).
