About the role We are seeking a dedicated QA/QC Staff to join PT Kruger Ventilation Indonesia in a full-time capacity. Based in Tangerang, Banten , this role is pivotal to our quality assurance and control operations within the manufacturing and logistics sector. As QA/QC Staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of product quality and compliance throughout our production processes. This position is integral to ensuring that our ventilation products meet rigorous quality benchmarks and regulatory requirements, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct incoming, in-process, and final product inspections. • Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications. • Monitor production processes and identify quality issues. • Prepare inspection reports and quality documentation. • Support corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities. • Assist in maintaining and improving the Quality Management System. Qualifications: • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. • At least 1 year of experience in QA/QC within a manufacturing environment. • Familiar with ISO 9001 Quality Management System. • Able to read and interpret technical drawings. • Knowledge of measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in sheet metal fabrication, assembly, powder coating, or HVAC manufacturing industry. • Knowledge of quality tools and root cause analysis. • Internal Auditor ISO 9001 certification is an advantage.
