Deskripsi pekerjaan
Fairfield Hotel Project di Merauke, Papua, bergerak di bidang konstruksi dan proyek pembangunan hotel berskala besar. Posisi QA/QC MEP bertanggung jawab untuk memantau, mengendalikan, serta memastikan kualitas pekerjaan mekanikal (MEP) sesuai dengan gambar teknik yang disetujui, spesifikasi, standar yang berlaku, serta memastikan proses pengujian dan inspeksi berjalan lancar hingga serah terima proyek.
Tanggung jawab: Monitor and control the quality of MEP Mechanical works according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and applicable standards; Inspect HVAC, ducting, piping, plumbing, ventilation, pumps, and other mechanical installations; Prepare and manage IR, ITP, checklists, inspection reports, and other QA/QC documents; Conduct material inspections and monitor installation works; Coordinate inspection and testing with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams; Identify and follow up on NCR/non-conformities and corrective actions; Witness testing & commissioning and ensure proper documentation for project handover; Requirements:; Bachelor degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering; Minimum 3-5 years of QA/QC MEP Mechanical experience in building/construction projects; Experience in hotel or high-rise building projects is preferred; Good understanding of HVAC, mechanical piping, plumbing, ducting, ventilation, and testing & commissioning; Able to read MEP drawings and understand technical specifications; Familiar with QA/QC documentation and inspection procedures; Good communication and coordination skills; Willing to be placed in Fairfield Hotel Merauke Project - Papua.
