QA/QC Leader bertindak sebagai pemimpin dalam memastikan keunggulan kualitas di industri manufaktur garmen, dengan menghadirkan standar mutu yang tinggi, fasilitas modern, serta pengembangan profesional yang berkelanjutan. Posisi ini memastikan setiap produk yang dihasilkan memenuhi spesifikasi teknis dan standar estetika yang telah ditetapkan. Tanggung jawab utama mencakup inspeksi kualitas jahitan, pengelolaan dan pengawasan tim pemeriksa mutu lini produksi, serta persetujuan sampel pra-produksi sebelum produksi massal dimulai. Selain itu, pemimpin mutu ini juga bertanggung jawab melakukan audit harian, mengendalikan tingkat kecacatan produk, serta berkoordinasi erat dengan pengawas lini dan mekanik mesin untuk mengatasi kendala teknis di lapangan.
Tanggung jawab: 1. Sewing Quality Inspection & Standards; Inspect stitching quality, thread tension, seam strength, color matching, and Stitch Per Inch (SPI) compliance; Identify sewing defects such as skipped stitches, broken threads, puckering, crooked seams, or raw edges; Perform measurement checks against technical specification sheets (tech packs) to ensure proper sizing and symmetry; 2. Line Management & Team Leadership; Assign and supervise inline QC and end-line QC inspectors across designated sewing lines; Conduct daily line briefings regarding critical defect points for specific styles and garments; Stop production or enforce immediate corrective actions ( re-work ) when high defect rates or repetitive errors occur; 3. Pre-Production & Sample Approval; Participate in Pre-Production Meetings (PPM) to analyze potential sewing difficulties for new styles; Review and approve Pre-Production Samples (PPS) to establish the benchmark ( Gold Sample ) for sewing lines; 4. Reporting & Auditing; Monitor, calculate, and record daily defect metrics, including Defect per Hundred Units (DHU) and Reject Rates; Coordinate with Sewing Line Supervisors and Machine Mechanics to address needle breakage, machine calibration, or attachment issues; Prepare production lots for Final Random Inspections (FRI) and external buyer audits according to AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) standards.
Kualifikasi: Knowledge: Deep understanding of industrial sewing machines (Single Needle, Overlock, Coverstitch, Bar-tack), garment construction, and tech packs; Standards: Proficiency in AQL 1.5/2.5 inspection standards and measurement check protocols; Skills: Strong leadership, keen attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
