Tanggung jawab: Ensuring the production process & finished products meet the standard; Doing quality inspection from raw material to final product & sample; Making Inspection Report (Finding rootcause, problem solving, etc); Monitor factory quality performance and ensure customer standard compliance; Act as customer contact window for CFA and quality related issues; Manage CFA team performance and monitor daily activities; Follow up RCA & CAPA implementation for quality improvement.
