Perusahaan bergerak di bidang sekuritas atau industri investasi membuka kesempatan kerja bagi tenaga profesional untuk bergabung sebagai QA Analyst dengan sistem kerja WFO di Sudirman, Jakarta Selatan. Peran ini memegang tanggung jawab esensial dalam memastikan kualitas, reliabilitas, serta fungsionalitas aplikasi melalui pengujian perangkat lunak yang komprehensif di sepanjang siklus pengembangan. Tugas utama posisi ini mencakup analisis kebutuhan, user stories, BRD/FSD, dan dokumen teknis untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pengujian. Kandidat bertanggung jawab mempersiapkan skenario uji terperinci, test cases, data uji, serta bukti pengujian, mengeksekusi SIT, regression testing, smoke/sanity testing, serta API testing. Selain itu, peran ini juga mendukung koordinasi UAT dengan pengguna bisnis, mengidentifikasi dan melaporkan kerusakan perangkat lunak, memantau status cacat, berkolaborasi dengan tim lintas fungsi, serta memastikan cakupan pengujian yang memadai demi peningkatan proses QA yang berkelanjutan.
Tanggung jawab: We are looking for a QA Analyst who will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and functionality of applications by performing comprehensive software testing throughout the development lifecycle; The ideal candidate has experience in manual testing, understands the SDLC/STLC, and preferably has a background in securities, fintech, investment, or other financial services industries; Analyze requirements, user stories, BRD/FSD, and technical documents to identify testing requirements; Prepare detailed test scenarios, test cases, test data, and test evidence based on business and technical requirements; Execute SIT, regression testing, smoke/sanity testing, and API testing; Support and coordinate UAT activities with business users and relevant stakeholders; Identify, document, and report software defects using appropriate defect management tools; Monitor defect status, perform retesting, and ensure defects are properly resolved and closed; Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders throughout the testing process; Ensure adequate test coverage and maintain proper testing documentation; Analyze test results and communicate testing progress, issues, risks, and findings to relevant stakeholders; Support continuous improvement of QA processes, testing standards, and documentation.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 1 year of experience as a QA Analyst / QA Tester; Preferably experienced in securities, banking, fintech, investment, or financial services industries; Good understanding of SDLC and STLC; Experience with SIT, UAT, regression testing, smoke/sanity testing, and defect management; Able to create and execute test scenarios and test cases based on business and technical requirements; Experience using testing/project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Qase, TestRail, or similar tools; Basic understanding of API testing and system integration flows; Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills; Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams; Knowledge of stock trading or investment products is a plus; Knowledge or experience with the US Stock Market is a plus; Manual Testing; Test Case & Test Scenario Design; SIT / UAT / Regression Testing.
