Senior Purchasing Supervisor (Bakery Industry) We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Purchasing Supervisor to join our growing manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement within the bakery, food manufacturing or FMCG industry, with expertise in sourcing raw materials, packaging materials, and production related supplies Key Responsibilities

Sourcing, purchasing, and managing the supply of raw materials Packaging and operational goods required for bakery production Ensures timely procurement of quality ingredients

Maintaining cost efficiency and supplier reliability Develop and implement purchasing strategies to ensure cost efficiency and uninterrupted supply Source and negotiate with suppliers for bakery ingredients, packaging materials, and operational supplies

Manage supplier relationship and evaluate supplier performance regularly Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Quality Assurance Teams. Ensure timely procurement of materials to support production schedules.

Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and cost saving opportunities Lead and supervise the purchasing team to achieve departmental objectives Prepare procurement reports, budgets, and purchasing forecasts
