Execute the procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, flavors, premixes, and other production-related materials. Prepare and manage Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO), ensuring accurate documentation and recordkeeping. Monitor delivery schedules and ensure materials are received according to the agreed timeline. Coordinate with Warehouse, PPIC, QA/QC, Finance, and Sales departments to ensure timely material availability. Follow up on delivery delays, specification discrepancies, or quality issues with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Coordinate proactively with local and international suppliers, particularly suppliers and business partners in China. Communicate with the China team regarding product specifications, pricing, lead times, delivery schedules, and inventory availability. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and purchasing conditions to achieve competitive costs while maintaining product quality. Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, pricing, delivery performance, and service level. Support import purchasing activities and coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and internal stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company policies, BPOM regulations, Halal/Kosher standards, and international trade requirements. Maintain complete and accurate purchasing documentation for audit and reporting purposes. Prepare purchasing reports, cost analyses, and monitor procurement efficiency. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management for continuous improvement.

Kualifikasi: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Food Technology, or a related field; At least 2 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain within a manufacturing company, preferably in the food & beverage or FMCG industry; Solid understanding of both local and international procurement processes; Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills; Experience coordinating with overseas suppliers, particularly those in China; Proficient in English (business level) and Mandarin (spoken and written); Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiar with ERP, OA, SAP, or other purchasing systems; Strong analytical, administrative, and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail; Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment, with excellent time management and prioritization skills; Adaptable, able to work under pressure, and demonstrate strong resilience in a fast-paced environment; Willing to be based in BSD City, Tangerang , and Jababeka, Cikarang.
