Strong negotiation and supplier management skills. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. 5. Detail-oriented, analytical, and possess good communication skills. ๐ ๐ค๐ ๐๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ค๐ฃ๐จ๐๐๐๐ก๐๐ฉ๐๐๐จ 1. Purchase food ingredients and restaurant operational supplies. 2. Negotiate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. 3. Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure timely deliveries. 4. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the operations team. 5. Prepare purchasing reports and evaluate supplier performance.
