Develop and implement purchasing strategies to support business objectives and production requirements. Manage the procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, indirect materials, and services. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best quality, pricing, and delivery terms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers. Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company standards. Collaborate closely with PPIC, Production, Warehouse, QA/QC, and Finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
Analyze market trends, pricing, and supply risks to optimize procurement decisions. Manage purchasing budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. Ensure timely delivery of materials to support production schedules.
Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Lead, develop, and evaluate the purchasing team to drive performance and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Procurement, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Preferably experienced in the Cosmetics, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, or Manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and inventory planning.
- Proven negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Good understanding of import processes and international sourcing is an advantage.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
