Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Requirements Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Export & Import, or Supply Chain.
Experience handling import documentation, customs clearance, and international shipping processes. Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); ERP experience is an advantage. Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken.
Experience in the construction or building materials industry is preferred.
Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and overseas suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and delivery terms
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO) and monitor procurement activities
- Coordinate import and export shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers
- Prepare and review shipping documents, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, and other import/export documentation
- Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely customs clearance and delivery
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian import/export regulations and company procedures
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Finance, and Project teams to ensure material availability
- Maintain supplier databases and procurement records
- Monitor inventory levels and support demand planning to prevent stock shortages
- Identify cost-saving opportunities in procurement and logistics while maintaining product quality and delivery performance
