About the role We are seeking a Purchasing professional to join Sikara Lombok Hotel on a contract basis . This role is based in Lombok Tengah, Nusa Tenggara Barat, and offers an excellent opportunity to manage procurement operations for a dynamic hospitality establishment. As Purchasing professional, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships to ensure the hotel receives quality goods and services at competitive prices. This position is integral to maintaining operational efficiency and supporting the hotel's commitment to excellence in service delivery. Key responsibilities Identify, evaluate and select reliable suppliers for goods and services required by the hotel Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with suppliers to achieve optimal value for money Process purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of materials Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices and supplier information Conduct quality inspections of received goods to ensure compliance with specifications and hotel standards Manage inventory levels in coordination with department heads to prevent stockouts and overstocking Build and maintain positive relationships with key suppliers and vendors Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality Prepare purchasing reports and forecasts for management review Ensure compliance with hotel procurement policies and procedures What we're looking
