• Programming and Monetization
• Developing program formats such as talks, workshops, screenings, events, and tours aligning with exhibitions calendar
• Managing end-to-end execution of public program: planning, scheduling, budgeting, pricing, partnerships, and on-site delivery
• Tracking program performance including attendance, revenue, and engagement
• Preparing post-program reports and identifying improvements
• Public Communication
• Supervising the PR/Event Coordinator and Social Media team in the development and execution of program-related communications
• Translating program plans into clear direction and briefs for PR, social media, and marketing outputs
• Reviewing and ensuring all program-related content (captions, announcements, materials) is accurate, timely, and aligned before publication
• Public Outreach
• Building relationships with communities, schools, and cultural partners
• Initiating collaborations to expand audience reach and participation
• Managing external partners including facilitators, speakers, and program collaborators
• This role is suited for someone who enjoys building and sustaining program momentum through well-executed, audience-focused initiatives. It requires the ability to translate ideas into engaging formats, manage multiple moving parts, and maintain consisten
• Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Communication, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in exhibition management, gallery operations, or museum environments, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Proven experience delivering programs or events end-to-end, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
• Proven experience developing and managing revenue-generating programs (e.g. ticketed events, workshops, or public programs)
• Experience managing external partners such as artists, speakers, facilitators, or community groups
• Strong operational and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
• Professional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must (written and verbal)
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with international partners, artists, or cultural organizations
• Familiarity with the Balinese art and cultural ecosystem, including local communities, practitioners, or institutions
