Posisi Public Area Manager bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola kebersihan dan pemeliharaan seluruh area publik resor, memastikan standar estetika dan kebersihan terjaga setiap saat.
Kualifikasi: Proven experiences minimum 2 years in a similar role at 5-star Hotel / Resort; Ability to train & develop the staff, innovate & implement new ideas, build skills, morale, and demonstrated effective leadership skills including delegation skills; Proficiency in English (oral and written); Excellent communication and people skills; Good organizational and multitasking abilities; Problem-solving skills; Time Management efficiency.
