PT Lautan Otsuka Chemical is a joint venture between Otsuka Chemical Co., Ltd. (Japan) and PT Lautan Luas Tbk (Indonesia), established in 1989 as the first foaming agent factory in Indonesia. The company produces various classes of chemical foaming agents used for thermal and sound insulation, shock absorption, and ornamentation. As a Japanese Interpreter, you will play a crucial role in bridging communication between Japanese management and local teams. You will facilitate meetings, translate business documents, and assist in daily operational coordination, ensuring that language barriers do not hinder the company's productivity and cultural integration.
Tanggung jawab: Provide Japanese-Indonesian and Indonesian-Japanese interpretation for meetings, discussions, and operational activities; Facilitate smooth communication between Japanese expatriates and local employees; Support translation of business documents, reports, emails, and work-related materials; Assist Japanese management in daily communication and coordination with local teams.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Japanese Interpreter; JLPT N2 or above; Proficient in Japanese and Indonesian, both verbal and written; Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills; Good understanding of Japanese business culture and Keigo; Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality; Must be domiciled in Cilegon, Banten, or surrounding areas; Willing to work in Cilegon, Banten.
