Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Medical/Nursing or a related field Preferably having min. 5 year experience as provider relation Supervisor TPA (Third Party Administration) or incurance

Good Communication and Negotiation Skill Good English communication (spoken & written) Proficient in using Microsoft office

Physically & mentally healthy Job Description: Lead the provider team

Ensure the team performs its duties in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP) Conducting checks throughout the process of establishing partnerships with providers, from the initial stages through the signing of the cooperation agreement, billing, and reconciliation Conducting investigations if there are any discrepancies in billing

Coordinating with the marketing department or the person in charge of providers Able to meet targets for expanding the provider network
