Blibli’s Property team manages projects ranging from retail stores and warehouses to high-rise facilities, ensuring precision, efficiency, and quality. As the company expands its physical footprint, disciplined project execution is essential for operational excellence.
As a Project Operations Officer, you will focus on end-to-end project execution, contractor coordination, timeline management, and on-site supervision. You will ensure that every approved design is implemented properly, safely, and within budget, while supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related fields.
- Project Management certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management, project coordination, construction management, property development, or related areas.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain project governance, documentation standards, and reporting frameworks.
- Analyze project performance and recommend improvement initiatives.
- Support project budgeting, cost tracking, procurement coordination, and resource allocation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
