The Project Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily on-site construction and interior fit-out activities to ensure that all work is executed according to approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, project schedules, and safety requirements. The role involves coordinating site workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams to ensure efficient project execution, identify and resolve site issues, monitor work progress, and maintain construction quality in accordance with MyShrine Studios' standards and client expectations. Peran ini bertugas melakukan pengawasan harian terhadap kegiatan konstruksi, renovasi, dan interior fit-out di lokasi proyek agar sesuai dengan gambar kerja dan spesifikasi. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi pemantauan progres harian terhadap jadwal proyek, penyusunan laporan kemajuan, pengendalian mutu dan inspeksi material, koordinasi tenaga kerja serta subkontraktor, penerapan keselamatan kerja (K3/PPE) di lapangan, dokumentasi proyek, serta memastikan penyelesaian dan serah terima pekerjaan berjalan lancar.
Tanggung jawab: 1. Site Supervision & Execution; Supervise daily construction, renovation, and interior fit-out activities at project sites; Ensure all work follows approved construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements; Coordinate work sequences between civil, architectural, interior, MEP, joinery, and other relevant trades; Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality, dimensions, and installation accuracy; 2. Project Progress Monitoring; Monitor daily site progress against the approved project schedule and milestones; Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, including completed work, delays, and outstanding issues; Identify potential schedule delays and promptly report risks to the Ops Manager or Project Manager; 3. Quality Control; Inspect construction materials, installation methods, and finished work to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications; Identify defective work and deviations from approved designs, and coordinate necessary corrective actions; Prepare and monitor site snagging or punch lists to ensure outstanding work is completed properly; 4. Workforce & Material Coordination; Coordinate daily work assignments for site workers, subcontractors, and specialist trades; Ensure subcontractors understand their scope of work, technical requirements, and deadlines; Monitor material deliveries, availability, and usage, ensuring materials match approved specifications; Coordinate with Procurement and Production regarding material deliveries and fabrication schedules; 5. Safety & Site Management; Ensure workers and subcontractors follow site safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE); Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and safe working conditions; Identify and report unsafe conditions, incidents, and potential hazards; 6. Coordination & Documentation; Coordinate with Project Managers, Project Architects, Designers, Production, Procurement, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution; Communicate site requirements, technical issues, and progress updates clearly and promptly; Maintain site reports, inspection records, material delivery records, and photographic documentation; Ensure additional work or changes affecting project scope, cost, or design are documented and approved before execution; 7. Project Completion & Handover; Coordinate the completion of outstanding works and ensure identified deficiencies are rectified; Support final quality inspections and prepare as-built documentation and handover records; Ensure the site is clean, safe, and ready for client inspection and handover.
Kualifikasi: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field; Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction supervision, interior fit-out, renovation, or building projects; Experience supervising workers, subcontractors, and multiple construction trades; Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior design, structural, and MEP drawings; Good understanding of construction methods, building materials, installation details, and quality standards; Familiarity with project schedules, site reporting, material control, and construction safety; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD, project scheduling tools, and digital site reporting applications is an advantage; Strong coordination, problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills; High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
