Posisi ini bertanggung jawab dalam merencanakan dan mengawasi seluruh pekerjaan proyek serta mengendalikan realisasi CAPEX. Anda akan menangani proyek khusus, perbaikan, modifikasi, rekayasa ulang, retrofit, dan tanggung jawab terkait lainnya. Anda akan mengeksekusi rencana proyek, mengevaluasi realisasi sesuai jadwal, serta memastikan seluruh aktivitas proyek mematuhi standar keselamatan, keamanan pangan, dan operasional pabrik. Peran ini juga melibatkan koordinasi dengan vendor, kontraktor, dan pemangku kepentingan internal untuk memastikan kepatuhan terhadap prosedur teknis dan regulasi yang berlaku.

Tanggung jawab: Plans and supervises all project work and controls the capex realization; Must undertake all special projects, improvement, Modify, reengineering, retrofit and other responsibilities as required; Executes the project plan, proposal, evaluate, realization of the project is in line with the schedule; Control all the Project activity and ensure it accordance with safety, food safety, plant operation isn’t disturbed; Ensure all contractors obey our Safety regulation and implement proper PPE according to their Job purpose; Review all the project design and communicated with vendor for offer and execution; Ensure Food safety system is implemented in accordance with applicable procedure and regulation; Comply personal hygiene in working.

Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; Professional Engineer certification (preferred); Additional certification in Project Management, Construction Management, or Occupational Health & Safety is an advantage; Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering projects within manufacturing, food processing, flour mill, FMCG, or industrial facilities esp in Flour Mills; Proven experience in managing CAPEX projects, plant expansion, building modification, renovation, and infrastructure improvement projects; Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders; Familiarity with project budgeting, cost control, scheduling, and contractor management; Strong knowledge of civil and structural engineering design, construction methods, and material specifications; Proficient in reading and reviewing engineering drawings, BOQ, technical specifications, and project documentation; Knowledge of industrial building construction, foundations, steel structures, roads, drainage systems, warehouses, and utility infrastructure; Familiar with AutoCAD, MS Project, or other project planning software; Understanding of food manufacturing requirements, including food safety zoning and hygienic design principles; Knowledge of local building regulations, environmental regulations, and permit requirements; Strong understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations and contractor safety management; Familiar with Food Safety Management Systems (FSSC 22000, GMP, HACCP) within a manufacturing environment; Knowledge of environmental management principles, waste management practices, and sustainability initiatives; Ability to conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures during project execution; Strong project management and organizational skills; Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities; Good communication and stakeholder management skills; Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines; Strong leadership in coordinating contractors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams; Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven; Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and project documentation; Good command of English, both written and spoken.
