Key Responsibilities - Identify, develop, and secure new project opportunities across residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. - Manage the full project sales cycle, including prospecting, specification, bidding, negotiation, and closing. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of current and upcoming construction projects. - Promote adhesive building material solutions to architects, consultants, contractors, and developers. - Ensure product specifications are included in project designs and tender documents. - Provide technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training to stakeholders. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers such as architects, consultants, contractors, and project owners. - Act as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project developments. - Develop and implement sales strategies to target high-value projects. - Collaborate with technical, marketing, and supply chain teams to meet project requirements. Requirement :
Minimum Bachelor Degree from Engineering major Have more than 5 years' experience in the same industry (Building material and big exposure with construction project) Willing to do business trip local and international English skill is a mandatory
