Project Manager Fit Out

Responsible for establishing and maintaining project management files, statistics, reports, and all required evidence of compliance with the agreed customer project brief and the verification of all implemented solutions The Project Manager may delegate some site related design responsibility to the Project Engineers. Such delegation shall be authorized by the Business Unit Manager Responsible for the efficient operations of the particular site including personnel, HSE, employee relations, purchasing, cost control and general administration

Purchase Requisitions and Invoice Approval for payment of creditors as defined within the defined Limits of Authority Representative of the Company at Site level Responsible for executing QA Procedures and construction activities

Responsible for establishing and maintaining contact with the Client’s representative Supervision of Subcontract Personnel and Suppliers Coordination of construction activities to ensure that the required standards are met

Monitoring and documenting of Quality records which indicate compliance to Client & Authority requirements Assurance that processes, examinations, inspection, and tests of all subcontractors conform to the requirements and are performed by trained and qualified personnel
