A professional role responsible for overseeing projects from planning and execution through to completion. The Project Manager ensures that projects are delivered on time and within budget while managing resources, quality, and risks effectively. The role requires strong leadership to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in industries such as mining, chemical, manufacturing, or engineering.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Project Management, Management, or a related field.; Proven experience as a Project Manager / Project Coordinator, preferably in the mining, chemical, manufacturing, or engineering industry.; Experienced in managing projects from planning and execution through completion.; Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, manpower, resource allocation, quality, and risk management.; Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.; Able to coordinate effectively with internal teams, vendors, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders..
