Posisi ini bertanggung jawab sebagai pemimpin atau koordinator proyek yang bekerja secara langsung di kantor (WFO). Anda akan berperan sebagai penghubung utama antara perusahaan dan klien, mulai dari pertemuan awal untuk finalisasi dokumen hingga pemantauan status proyek secara keseluruhan. Tugas utama mencakup penyusunan penawaran harga, memastikan spesifikasi teknis dan gambar sesuai dengan kebutuhan klien, serta melakukan kunjungan lapangan untuk pengukuran dan perencanaan dasar.
Tanggung jawab: Meeting with clients to finalize and sign required documents; Prepare quotations for customers and ensure the drawings and specifications satisfy their requirements; Visit site to take measurements and prepare basic planning; Work together with Interior Design team to set up meetings with potential client to understand their Interior Design requirements; Monitor the projects status and be the main person to communicate with clients; Maintain a high degree of customer relationship and to ensure all merchandising and project tools are up to.
