Manage warehouse and supply base operations, driving safety, inventory accuracy, logistics performance, and client satisfaction. Peran kepemimpinan ini bertanggung jawab penuh dalam mengoordinasikan dan mengawasi kegiatan manajemen gudang harian serta layanan basis suplai di lokasi klien, merencanakan proses penerimaan, penyimpanan, dan distribusi material untuk memastikan keakuratan stok, serta menegakkan standar K3 (HSE) yang ketat sesuai prosedur yang berlaku.
Tanggung jawab: Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse management activities and supply base services at the client site; Plan and lead material receiving, storage, issuing, distribution, and inventory control processes to ensure stock accuracy; Ensure smooth lifting processes and safe material logistics distribution flow within the work area; Implement and enforce strict HSE standards across all warehouse and supply base areas in accordance with client procedures; Supervise and ensure hazardous waste (B3) handling, storage, and management procedures comply with applicable Indonesian environmental regulations; Lead, direct, and evaluate the performance of the field operational team to achieve project KPIs; Establish effective communication and coordination with the client, sub-contractors, and internal/external stakeholders; Identify potential operational bottlenecks/risks and perform quick, effective problem-solving on-site; Prepare periodic reports (daily/weekly/monthly), operational analyses, and project performance presentations using Ms. Excel and Ms. PowerPoint.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, or related major; Minimum 5 years of experience as Project Leader, Project Representative, or Project Manager in similar project related position; Previous work experience at Tangguh; Fluent in English (both passive and active); Strong leadership skills; Capable of operating SAP or other WMS ERP is preferable; Excellent skills in: analytical thinking, interpersonal relations, problem-solving, communication, planning, and organizing; Proficient in operating MS Office, particularly MS Excel & MS PowerPoint.
