PT. Pillar Karya Kreasi mencari seorang Quantity Surveyor yang terampil dan detail untuk bergabung dengan tim teknik di Denpasar, Bali. Posisi ini berperan penting dalam mengelola biaya proyek, anggaran, dan sumber daya untuk proyek teknik sipil dan struktural perusahaan. Sebagai Project Estimator/Quantity Surveyor, Anda bertanggung jawab memberikan estimasi biaya yang akurat, mendukung proses pengadaan, dan melakukan manajemen keuangan di seluruh fase proyek. Peran ini sangat penting untuk memastikan proyek diselesaikan tepat waktu, sesuai anggaran, dan memenuhi standar kualitas tertinggi. Anda akan berkolaborasi dengan manajer proyek, insinyur, dan klien untuk menyelaraskan aspek anggaran dan komersial proyek.
Tanggung jawab: Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation for civil and structural engineering projects; Conduct site inspections and measurements to ensure accuracy of project specifications and scope; Analyse tender submissions from suppliers and contractors, providing recommendations on value for money; Monitor project budgets and track expenditure, preparing regular cost reports and variance analyses; Manage valuations and payment certifications for contractors throughout project execution; Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers, contractors, and sub-contractors to achieve optimal costs; Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions without compromising project quality; Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and maintain up-to-date cost databases; Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure alignment on budgetary and commercial matters; Prepare final accounts and reconciliation of project costs upon project completion.
