A project engineer acts as well as bridges technical design and project management.
Tanggung jawab: · Develop project plans, schedules, and work sequences; · Review design drawings and perform structural calculations; · Manage tools, materials & supply coordination, and technical resources; · Monitor project progress, shop drawings, and vendor performance; · Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication; · Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure smooth integration of project execution activities within the overall project timeline; · Interface all parties to ensure alignment on project objectives and requirements; · Ensure compliance with quality, and project standard; · Ensure all project execution activities comply with company HSE standards and local regulations, promoting a culture of safety on-site. Requirements :; · Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Physic Engineering; · Minimum 3 years of experience in the same function; · Min 5 years of experience in automation and electrical engineering within oil & gas industry; · Proven track record managing EPC /Oil & Gas / Mining projects; · Strong knowledge of : Project Management, Risk Management; · Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills; · Good organization and time management; · Clear speaking and writing skills for teamwork; · Problem-solving mindset for unexpected site issues.
