Sebagai Project Control, Anda akan merancang, mengomunikasikan, dan mengimplementasikan rencana operasional untuk menyelesaikan proyek berbasis teknik. Anda bertanggung jawab memantau kemajuan dan kinerja proyek, merekomendasikan penyesuaian jadwal atau biaya, serta menyelesaikan masalah operasional untuk meminimalkan keterlambatan.
Tanggung jawab: Help monitor performance and recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.; Ensure project results meet requirements in regards to technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost.; Help plan, monitor and lead internal projects from initiation through completion.; Regularly help measure and monitor project progress to identify variances from the plan.; Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.; Other duties as assigned.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.; Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or industrial plant projects; mill project experience is a strong advantage.; Proven experience managing multidisciplinary projects across Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Automation/Instrumentation scopes.; Experience executing and controlling brownfield projects within operating plant environments.; Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.; Ability to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.; Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.; Able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced industrial environment.; Knowledge of industrial construction practices and project safety standards is preferred.; Willing to work on a 1-year contract basis.; Willing to be based in a remote site location in Amurang, North Sulawesi..
